The oil is our goal! All year long, we eagerly await the first days of October, when the first drops of new oil finally flow.
Olives are harvested and processed the same day within a few hours of harvesting in an oil mill in the immediate vicinity, equipped with the latest technology. Cold pressing, followed by oil extraction with a top-quality decanter, allows our oils to retain all their natural properties, such as polyphenols, B-carotene and varietal aromas, which make them recognizable and enjoyable.
In order for the oil to retain all its positive properties for as long as possible, it is filtered.
From controlled temperature in the cellar, stainless steel tanks for transport and storage to dark glass bottles, everything is subject to maintaining the quality of our extra virgin olive oils.

Buža, monovarietal oil of Buža, initially sweet and gentle with a long-lasting pungent taste.
Due to its typical intense aroma, it is recommended to be consumed with hot dishes, vegetable soups, warm bruschettas, but they also go well with desserts, fresh or semi-mature cheeses.
Blend
Blend,a coupage of four different varieties (Buža, Leccino, Istarska bjelica and Frantoio), bitter and spicy, pairs well with salads, medium-aged cheeses, fish and shellfish, meat tartar.

Biankera,monovarietal of Istrian bjelica. Intense, strong and persistent bitterness with green fruit aroma. It pairs perfectly with red meat, mature cheeses, and the bold ones will put it on ice cream too.
